Blue Daiquiri

Blue Daiquiri

Our Blue Daiquiri is a colorful twist on the classic Daiquiri. This now worldwide popular cocktail has its origins in Cuba and is named after a beach near Santiago. Originally it was made in a tall glass by placing a teaspoon of sugar on crushed ice, squeezing one or two limes over it and then adding the rum. Nowadays everything is thrown into a shaker, which we see as a nice element of surprise. Imagine telling people you're serving a Daiquiri and out comes this vibrant colorful drink. Their expression will be priceless.
